As the Senior Marketing Manager you will help leading the marketing team (8 marketing managers) to build the brand, manage PR and run advertising programs (internationally). This permanent position is based in their Chengdu (China) office.

In this position of Senior Marketing Manager you will have full marketing responsibility of the Dr. Panda titles. You’ll drive creative marketing promotions and user acquisition strategies for the Dr. Panda brand overall and per title specifically. You build an engaging and passionate community around the Dr. Panda brand.

You define user acquisition plans, measure effectiveness and drive continuous optimization to best leverage your budgets. You constantly source, evaluate and test new user acquisition channels.

You manage the (junior) marketing managers.

Your profile:

At least 4 years experience in Marketing related field.
Self-motivated, able to work with little or no supervision.
Good feeling for designs and brands.
Responsible and get things done attitude.
Bachelor’s degree.
Fluent proficiency in English.
Passionate about kids and gaming.
