De AR-handbagagecheck gebruikt een transparante, virtuele KLM-koffer\u00a0die over een echte koffer kan worden geplaatst. Zo is direct te zien of de bagage qua afmetingen past in de bagagebakken aan boord.\u00a0Passagier kunnen zo in hun\u00a0thuisomgeving gemakkelijk controleren of de handbagage aan de standaarden voldoet. Eerder deze maand werd de handbagagecheck al gelanceerd in de KLM-app (iOS).<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><strong>AR-techniek volgende stap Messenger<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Messenger kondigde eerder in 2018 aan de AR-techniek beschikbaar te stellen in een besloten testomgeving. KLM behoort wereldwijd tot een selecte groep van bedrijven die de AR-techniek in Messenger toepast.
