De afdeling ontwikkelt en voert de brand, communicatie en digitale marketing strategie van Philips uit in de Benelux, ter ondersteuning van de strategische business doelstellingen. Belangrijke onderwerpen hierin zijn: health and well-being, gezondheid(s)zorg, innovatie, sustainability en digitalisering.\u00a0<\/span><\/em><\/div>\n<div><em><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/em><\/div>\n<div><em><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">Als Internal Communication Specialist voer jij, samen met een directe collega, de interne communicatiestrategie uit gericht op het versterken van employee engagement van:<\/span><\/em><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div><em><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">De 10.000 werknemers van Philips in Nederland, Belgi\u00eb en Luxemburg<\/span><\/em><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div><em><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">Van de werknemers van de Benelux sales organisatie ter ondersteuning van de specifieke business doelstellingen.<\/span><\/em><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li><em><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">Het opstellen van het strategische interne communicatieplan, passend in het area brand &amp; communicatieplan.<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<li>\n<div><em><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">Het opzetten van communicatie met als doel om medewerkers te helpen bij het begrijpen van onze (nieuwe) Royal Philips strategie, op het gebied van gezondheid(s)zorg.<\/span><\/em><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div><em><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">Het opzetten van communicatie om medewerkers te helpen bij het begrijpen van onze merkpositionering en merkwaarden, en hoe deze toe te passen in hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden. <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">En daarnaast erop toezien dat volgens de merkprincipes van Philips wordt gecommuniceerd in de organisatie.<\/span><\/em><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div><em><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">Het opstellen en uitvoeren van plannen voor diverse onderwerpen (zoals cultuurprogramma\u2019s en operational excellence, digital) en daarbij gebruikmakend van de bestaande media, \u00e9n ontwikkeling van nieuwe (online\/social) media.<\/span><\/em><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div><em><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">Adviseren en support bieden bij interne communicatieboodschappen van het senior management.<\/span><\/em><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div><em><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">Het begeleiden van employee communicatie projecten om de HR communicatie naar medewerkers te verbeteren.<\/span><\/em><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div><em><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">Zorgen voor een Lean way of working in het interne communicatieteam.
