De CX Council is een forum van negen senior leiders in CX management.<\/p>\n<h2>Het hoofddoel<\/h2>\n<p>Het <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-371904 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/www.socialmediasocialmedia.nl\/strategie_nieuws\/wp-content\/uploadsnieuwssocial\/2016\/02\/aaw.jpg\" alt=\"aaw\" width=\"495\" height=\"336\" title=\"\">hoofddoel van de council is om de gezamenlijke uitdagingen in het meten en managen van de Customer Experience te exploreren. De uitkomsten worden ingezet voor het delen van kennis en ter inspiratie van young CX professionals.\u00a0Een aantal keer per jaar legt Ipsos de councilleden een onderwerp voor met de vraag hierop te reageren en hun deskundige visie te delen. Als eerste output leverde dit deze publicatie op: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ipsos-nederland.nl\/uploadsnieuwssocial\/documenten\/CX-Council_V1.0.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Do\u2019s &amp; don\u2019ts in Customer Experience<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>De\u00a0leden<\/h2>\n<p>De achtergrond van de councilleden is divers en zijn dan ook werkzaam in verschillende sectoren, waaronder de financi\u00eble, telecom- en verzekeringssector. Deelname aan de CX Council geschiedt op basis van uitnodiging.
