The Mercedes-Benz Customer Assistance Center Maastricht (CAC) is the central point of contact in Europe, caring for the needs of current and prospective Mercedes-Benz and smart customers. The Social Media Team is responsible for managing the dialogue on the official Mercedes-Benz international and national pages.<\/em><\/p>\n

Main Responsibilities:<\/em>
\n-Provide the best customer care in order to enhance world wide customer satisfaction<\/em>
\n-Signalize bottlenecks in processes and guidelines and suggest solutions<\/em>
\n-Provide customers feedback to all relevant partners<\/em>
\n-Manage own work load<\/em>
\n-Respond to customers comments and enquiries online, appropriately and in a timely manner<\/em>
\n-Work within guidelines and processes, but retain flexibility to deviate from these guidelines and processes when required<\/em>
\n-Build own networks in order to have the latest information available <\/em>
\n-Native level of Dutch and fluent level of English<\/em>
\n-Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written (focus is on written skills)<\/em>
\n-Strong focus on sustainable customer satisfaction<\/em>
\n-Problem solving through customer focus<\/em>
\n-Previous customer service experience is preferred<\/em>
\n-Stress management handling workload and demanding customers<\/em>
\n-Knowledge of and experience with social media platforms & usage<\/em>
\n-Experience within professional social media dialogue and blogging<\/em>
\n-Experience in Knowledge Management \/ Community Management is preferred <\/em>
\n-Working hours: are 32 hours per week (may be extended to 40 hours in the future), mainly during late shift (12.30-21.00) Monday to Sunday.<\/em><\/p>\n

In addition to the comprehensive salary, a shift allowance based on actual hours is paid.<\/em><\/span><\/a>
\nA comprehensive relocation package is applicable for candidates living further than 50km from the CAC and willing to relocate to within 20km of the CAC.<\/em><\/span><\/a>
