Advies en service geven via WhatsApp. Personal shoppingservice Outfittery laat klanten outfits bestellen via WhatsApp. Ook\u00a0kunnen klanten via WhatsApp Stylecheck advies vragen aan zo&#8217;n\u00a0honderd stijlexperts.<\/p>\n<h2>Shoppen<\/h2>\n<p>Mannen houden van techniek en effici\u00ebntie, zegt oprichter Julia Bosch van Outfittery tegen de Duitse website <a href=\"http:\/\/www.onetoone.de\/Outfittery-beraet-Kunden-ueber-Whatsapp-26636.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">One to One<\/a>.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Daarom shoppen en communiceren ze steeds vaker via hun smartphone.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2>Toeval<\/h2>\n<p>Het concept is toevallig ontstaan, toen een stijlexpert een klant een foto van zichzelf via WhatsApp liet sturen. Dit om hem vervolgens te adviseren. Met de Whatsapp Stylecheck kunnen klanten op elk moment foto\u2019s van gewenste outfits, kledingstijlen of zichzelf sturen, waarna een Outfittery-stylist aan de slag gaat.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Outfittery st\u00fctzt sein neues Konzept auf eine ECC-Studie, der zufolge rund 30 Prozent der Mobile User ihr Smartphone f\u00fcr den virtuellen Kauf nutzen. Entstanden sei die Idee auf Initiative einer Style-Expertin, die von einem Kunden um Rat bez\u00fcglich eines Business Outfits gefragt wurde. Nach dem Austausch der Handynummern schlug die Expertin dem Kunden vor ein Bild von sich f\u00fcr die Beratung zu senden.
