In totaal zijn er 100 organisaties die kans maken op de titel \u2018Beste Werkgever van Nederland\u2019.\u00a0<\/b>Het Beste Werkgevers Onderzoek is dit jaar voor de vijftiende keer uitgevoerd door Effectory en Intermediair om een objectief oordeel te vellen over werkgeverschap in Nederland. Aan het onderzoek hebben 347 organisaties deelgenomen. De positie die organisaties op de ranglijst krijgen, wordt gebaseerd op de mening van de eigen medewerkers over de mate van goed werkgeverschap. In totaal beoordeelden 314.218 medewerkers hun werkgever.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Beste Werkgevers Score<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>In ieder onderzoek worden zes\u00a0vragen opgenomen die aantonen hoe goed een organisatie haar medewerkers in staat stelt om\u00a0optimaal\u00a0te presteren. De \u2018Beste Werkgevers Score\u2019\u00a0is een gemiddelde van de volgende zes elementen: organisatietevredenheid, baantevredenheid, organisatietrots, achter de organisatiedoelen staan, kansen krijgen om optimaal te presteren en het krijgen van waardering.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Beste Werkgever Awards 2015<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Op dinsdag 6 oktober 2015 worden er meerdere awards uitgereikt tijdens het Beste Werkgevers Event, dat zoals gebruikelijk plaats zal vinden in Amsterdam. De volgende categorie\u00ebn ontvangen een prijs:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Beste Werkgever met minder dan 1000 medewerkers<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Beste Werkgever met meer dan 1000 medewerkers<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Hoogste stijger ten opzichte van vorig jaar<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Verschillende branchewinnaars<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Het evenement is een inspirerende dag voor HR directeuren, HR professionals en arbeidsmarktcommunicatiespecialisten. In 2014 waren er meer dan 400 gasten aanwezig om kennis te vergaren en te delen, inspiratie op te doen en te netwerken.
