Ook bol.com heef al geruime tijd een platform functie, waarbij &#8216;externe partijen&#8217; de mogelijkheid hebben om via bol.com te verkopen. Nu wordt het tijd voor de volgende stap.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Van Alibaba naar Amazon?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Alibaba is wereldwijd wellicht het grootste shopping-platform. Een platform wat bol.com tot nu toe\u00a0wilde zijn voor Nederland. Nu ook het logistieke proces onder de vlag van bol.com wordt aangeboden, lijkt de e-commerce partij zich meer in de richting van Amazon te bewegen. Amazon heeft ook al enige tijd een fulfillment dienst.<\/p>\n<p><strong>In 2016 breed beschikbaar<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Op dit moment wordt redelijk &#8216;kleinschalig&#8217; getest met de uitbreiding in dienstverlening. Enkele tientallen webshops zijn inmiddels aangesloten op de fulfillment dienst, aan het eind van dit jaar moeten dat er zo&#8217;n 150 tot 200 zijn. Er is bewust gekozen voor een gefaseerde invoering, om de schaalbaarheid van de fulfillment diensten te onderzoeken.
