The Marketing department is, in close collaboration with the other creative cells in the organisation, a – below the line, online and above the line – in house service center responsible for G-Stars creative conceptual environment. Within the Digital Marketing department we are looking for a (Senior) Project Manager for the online team. <\/em><\/p>\n

For this role, we are looking for someone with extensive digital production experience, a creative eye and the ability to deliver multiple high quality projects. With your experience of working with numerous stakeholders, supervising project teams and resolving conflicting interests when necessary, you are able to lead the team, making sure all projects are delivered efficiently and to the required standard, while maintaining the integrity of the product and the G-Star DNA. As a fantastic communicator, you build and manage internal relationships with both technical and creative teams. In this role, you work in close collaboration with E-Commerce and IT during implementation and deployment to ensure all requirements have been met.<\/em><\/p>\n

Tasks and Responsibilities<\/em>
\n\u2022 plan and manage the delivery of innovative and effective digital products \/ campaigns<\/em>
\n\u2022 prepare cost estimates, project plans and scoping documents<\/em>
\n\u2022 handle client requests for new and existing projects<\/em>
\n\u2022 schedule and manage creative and studio workflow<\/em>
\n\u2022 liaise with Online, E-commerce and IT departments to ensure specifications and requirements are understood on both sides<\/em>
\n\u2022 brief project amends to both design and development teams<\/em>
\n\u2022 present creative and completed builds <\/em>
\n\u2022 manage external third-party production partners<\/em><\/p>\n

Requirements and Qualifications<\/em><\/h3>\n

\u2022 3-5+ years\u2019 experience in a digital environment and experience with managing complex web based and application builds<\/em>
\n\u2022 strong agency background, global brand exposure a plus<\/em>
\n\u2022 strong technical experience and knowledge on Ecommerce platforms and CMS \/back-end platforms, scrum team workflow experience a plus<\/em>
\n\u2022 experience of producing project documentation – including sitemaps\/user journeys, wireframes, functional specifications, budgets and schedules<\/em>
\n\u2022 exposure to and understanding of web technologies – including Flash, .PHP, XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, iOS SDK (iPhone & iPad app)<\/em>
\n\u2022 enthusiasm for the potential application of new technologies<\/em>
\n\u2022 independent, can take lead of a project, problem solving attitude, flexible, accurate, proactive<\/em>
\n\u2022 highly-organised with meticulous attention to detail<\/em>
\n\u2022 excellent written and verbal communication skills in English<\/em><\/p>\n
