Meestal zijn die voorbehouden aan celebs die ook offline al heel erg bekend\/ beroemd zijn. Als die op socialmedia debuteren wil dat nog wel eens gaan vliegen. Maar een overheidsinstantie is dat zelden gegund.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Tenzij je een wereldberoemde geheime dienst bent, die wereldwijd bekend en soms gevreesd, is en met je eerste tweet laat zien dat je ook humor hebt! Zoals de <a href=\"http:\/\/nl.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Central_Intelligence_Agency\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CIA<\/a> bijvoorbeeld!<\/p>\n<p>Plotseling<\/p>\n<p>De CIA kwam afgelopen jaar plotseling op Twitter met een eerste tweet (het account was als placeholder al langer &#8216;bezet&#8217;):<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" lang=\"en\"><p>We can neither confirm nor deny that this is our first tweet.<\/p>\n<p>\u2014 CIA (@CIA) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/CIA\/status\/474971393852182528\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">June 6, 2014<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><script src=\"\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" async=\"\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script>In je eerste tweet jezelf een beetje op de hak nemen werd gewaardeerd als je ziet hoeveel favs en retweets de tweet kreeg. Goede binnenkomen.
