\nYour core purpose in this role is to provide functional and administrative support for the Director of Global Communications, the External Relations Manager and the Internal Communications Manager. In doing so you will help to deliver smooth and cost-effective implementation of a global strategy for Decorative Paints worldwide.<\/em>

\n\u00a0<\/em>
\nThe position is located in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.<\/em>

\nResponsibilities and deliverables<\/em>
\nWithin this context you undertake a wide range of support for internal and external campaigns. Activities include content creation and writing, collateral development, liaising with designers, and directing third party suppliers to ensure smooth and cost effective delivery.<\/em>

\n\u00a0<\/em>
\nYou also provide support in the management of events when necessary, and support the global communications team with administrative tasks such as budget management, travel arrangements etc.<\/em>

\nIn addition you help to create and manage internal processes and systems relating to the global communications network within Decorative Paints and the smooth delivery of the global communications strategy.<\/em>

\n-Proven interest in how to use different media to communicate key messages effectively to audiences<\/em>
