Trust dus. 82% van de organisatie die bezig zijn met social media vindt het effectief bij het verzamelen van leads. 90% vindt het zelfs een effectieve manier van branding.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Heldere infographic<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The social lights hebben een heldere infographic opgesteld met daarin duidelijk de impact en het juiste gebruik van social media voor organisatie. Social media kunnen de awareness, authority, trust, loyalty, leads en dus sales vergroten. 86% van de gebruikers zegt eerder te komen van een organisatie die aanwezig is in de social media.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A must and trust<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Het inzetten van social media is een must. Doelstellingen moeten dus zijn gericht op het winnen van vertrouwen. 93% van de marketeers zit een vorm van social media in. Waar het gaat om social care, verwacht 42% van de klanten een antwoord binnen 60 minuten.
