En dat is het ook. Kijken we echter naar het hebben van succes met social media dan meten wij met het aantal volgers de verkeerde cijfers. Fogelson is dan ook heel duidelijk: zorg dat je de juiste cijfers meet! Social media is en zijn leuk maar het zijn niet de enige kanalen die je moet inzetten om succes te hebben. Denk ook aan offline, events, e-mail en dus aan een gehele &#8216;contentmix&#8217; om autoriteit op te bouwen en echt ROI te kennen.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Wat dan meten?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Wat dan wel te meten, is de duidelijke vraag. Meet vooral het effect van de link van social media met de andere middelen.
