The senior Product Manager\u00a0\u2013 Digital Marketing will be part of the Product Management Department and report to our VP Products.<\/em><\/p>\n

The senior Product Manager – Digital Marketing drives the roadmap of the Backbase Digital Marketing modules – part of the Backbase Customer Experience Portal software.\u00a0<\/em><\/div>\n

  • \n

    Translating market requirements into product specifications, backlogs and implementation plans and discuss these with development teams.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Create roadmap and closely work together with development manager to meet business needs and deliver within the agreed time frame;<\/em><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Work closely with Product Marketing team on core positioning and messaging;<\/em><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Run beta and pilot programs with Early Adapter versions of products and samples;<\/em><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Interact with customers to truly understand their needs, explain product vision and roadmap;<\/em><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Release-based knowledge transfer to all stakeholders including customers;<\/em><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Act as a product leader within the company.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Your profile<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

    The ideal candidate will match the following requirements:<\/em><\/p>\n

      \n
    • \n

      10+ years domain expertise in at least three of the following software categories: Digital Marketing Automation, Campaign Management, Web Analytics, Online Channel Optimization;<\/em><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Demonstrated success defining and delivering “game changing” software products strategies, maximizing the productivity of your R&D teams;<\/em><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Experience with User Experience \/ User Centered Design;<\/em><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Visionary with the ability to deliver business critical web products;<\/em><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Technical background (MSc), with software design \/ development experience and knowledge of non-functional requirements related to enterprise software;<\/em><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Excellent stakeholder communication and presentation\u00a0skills.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
