[Vacature] Social Brand Specialist bij Vodafone te Amsterdam

The role of the Social Brand specialist is to develop and implement the social media strategy in order to build the Vodafone brand on Social Media, whilst driving engagement and excitement on the social communities. This will include leading the ongoing content creation and most of the activations in social media.
As a part of the Social Brand team, you will be working closely with creative, PR and media agencies. Together, you will develop and lead communication strategies that ensure an ongoing positive engagement, whilst building value for the Vodafone brand.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

• Implement the social strategy for Vodafone, aligned with the overall brand strategy.
• Manage the content creation process: develop and maintain the content calendar and work together with the agency(s) to deliver the creative.
• Actively engage in conversations with the member of the communities around the brand topics.
• Define and implement the right media strategy to ensure optimal reach and visibility for the content created.
• Manage and implement social media activations in close collaboration with other colleagues in the department.
• Measure and build periodic reports that generate insights about how to improve the ongoing activity.

Jouw profiel

Degree in Marketing, Communications, PR or a related field. 4+ years current, relevant experience managing social media communications on client and/or agency side. Experience in delivering strategic campaigns within the social media space, managing creative agencies. Excellent understanding of digital and social landscape, trends and consumer social behaving; Natural story-teller and visual communicator. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills both in Dutch and English. Working knowledge of analytics systems and tools, standard CMS platforms Organizational skills. Good interpersonal/communication skills.
