[Vacature] Senior Customer Marketeer
As the Senior Customer Marketeer you lead the implementation of the divisional brand / NPD activation and communication frameworks, to amplify this through local marketing activities targeted at attracting and retaining our primary shoppers for the different categories at the assigned customer(s), and to manage directly a team of local customer marketeers in order to contribute to achieving the local marketing and business objectives.
Key accountabilities
- Inform and advise the Sales Excellence team as well as the local category and account management team
- Inform and advise the divisional marketing team in relation to our top customers
- Collaborate with the divisional business support teams, Finance in particular
- Collaborate and align with the local Digital Brand Manager and Media and local Experience Manager
- Build a strong relationship with the allocated strategic customer(s)
- Inform and negotiate with pivotal marketing, research, communication, media… agencies, vendors and third-party companies
Requirements
- Master or equivalent through experience
- 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience in Marketing and Sales preferred (shopper marketing, trade marketing or brand experience)
- Preferably from a benchmark company and with an international mindset
- Analytical and Strategic Thinking skills
- People Management skills
- Communication & Presentation skills
- Conceptual and creative Thinking skills
- Understanding of Retail practice
- Knowledge of market data research (Nielsen, GFK…)
