Based in London or Munich, we are looking for you to cover maternity leave in our team as
Marketing & PR manager – CEE & Benelux (M/F)
Key duties and responsibilities:
• Devise and implement campaigns supporting growth and performance of key functions incl. Distribution, Advertising Sales, Franchise and Licensing.
• Own timely and on-budget delivery of marketing and PR year plans. With support of local agencies, implement the plans in line with year’s objectives and key promotables, incl: media mix selections, PR stunts and organisation of all promotional events.
• Oversee planning, production and distribution of publicity materials including monthly highlights, press kits, releases, tune-in and sales reels and affiliate promos. Provide language and country expertise to Operations, Distribution, Creative and Production teams as required.
• Plan and forecast marketing and PR budgets. Assume responsibility for project budgets once agreed with Senior Marketing & PR Manager.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with key affiliate contacts, business partners and agencies. Attend industry events as required. Provide ad-hoc translation and administrative support as requested.
Your profile:
• Degree in Marketing Communications or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of marketing and PR experience
• Experience managing a small team as well as agencies, and external suppliers
• Appreciation of specifics of marketing and PR of TV brands & programmes and awareness of regional multichannel TV market
• Superior project management skills with ability to work against challenging deadlines
• Ability to generate and implement marketing, communication & creative ideas
• Knowledge of the full marketing mix
• Native Dutch speaker preferred with excellent writing skills and fluent command of English
