Your responsibilities:

You are in charge of a variety of innovation to enhance StepStone’s portfolio of leading online job board across Europe. As a Evangelist in 1to1 marketing (Primarily B2C) you’ll be responsible for pushing forward the organization in the migration from mass marketing to personalized messaging. As a digital native you’ll be able to introduce an Omnichannel strategy in line with the StepStone strategy.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist in developing, maintaining and articulating an overall communication strategy (B2C and B2B).
• Develop and improuve the entire life cycle of the candidate and recruiter using StepStone.
• Identify market opportunities, competitor strategies and technology trends with regards to the communication strategy.
• Own your project from the initiation phase and the detailed specifications to the international roll out to market.

Our requirements

• You have a minimum of 5 years experience in 1to1 marketing.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, knowledge of Dutch, French, German or Polish is a plus.
• Strong and proven leadership skills.
• Proven track of setting up a successfull 1to1 marketing program.
• You feel comfortable working in an online software development organisation, across the full product development life cycle
• Experience with Marketing automation tools like Selligent,ExactTarget or Eloqua.
• You are able to travel several days a month (within Europe)
