Administrate and coordinate global product-line operations for international clients

  • Respond to and maintain records of client enquiries regarding the inspection and laboratory services capabilities, service offers and the progress of work.
  • Analyze and cross-check data.
  • Finalize and issue reports where necessary to satisfy client requests.
  • Generate invoices.
  • Support management in developing client relationships and fulfilling contractual requirements.
  • Reporting to Customer Care Supervisor

Functie-eisen

  • Experience in delivering services to clients, preferably in a technical or commercial work environment.
  • Computer skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook), Internet.
  • Language skills: Fluent English, knowledge of the Dutch language is an advantage
  • Able to organize activities to process jobs quickly and accurately
  • Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptable and flexible in responding to changing priorities and workloads
  • Initiative and independent attitude
  • Precise and conscientious
  • Able to work under pressure and to manage stress
