For our Corporate Communications department we are looking for a passionate and talented

Corporate Communications Professional

As the all-round Communication Professional you contribute to the development, maintenance and implementation of global and local communication strategies, policies, guidelines and tools for internal & external communication, branding and events. You are an active and visible role model inside and outside the organization, leading and living the change we seek. You also advise and coach senior management.

Responsibilities

• Implement the integrated Corporate Communications strategy, building and positioning the DLL brand whilst supporting our long-term growth ambitions and milestone to grow into One DLL.
• Lead and support key change initiatives evolving our organization/culture to become more agile and flexible.
• Help leaders and members embrace change and empower them to lead and role model in new and surprising ways.
• Create an oversight and make the planning regarding all initiatives within the Corporate Communications domain.
• Develop and implement sustainable communication channels, tools and activities.
• Pro-actively inform, advice and support (senior) management and employees concerning all communication related issues.
• Develop, maintain and expand the relationship with internal and external stakeholders

You have…

• Master degree in Communication or related studies.
• 3 – 7 years experience in an international communications area, preferably in the financial industry.
• Excellent communication skills and command of both the Dutch and English language, both spoken and written.
• Experience in a B2B environment is preferred.
• Strong network in communications and PR area.
• Excellent consulting skills.
• Experience in all areas of the corporate communications domain, including media relations, external and internal communication, branding and change management.
