Our online foundation has been laid and now it is up to you to build further with our partners. You develop new and innovative online market propositions to be marketed successfully worldwide. You persuade our partners to increase their online marketing, the visibility of our brands and the number of our online customers. You can see and learn more of the world while you train our partners to be successful in online marketing and you give advise how to improve online marketing. Together you analyze the results, measure the marketing activities and online sales channels. You work together with the rest of the Sales & Marketing team to really influence the strategy of our partners.

• You have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position in an international setting

• You are experienced in SEO/SEA/Analytics and HTML and CSS

• You have in depth knowledge of social outlets: Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, and LinkedIn • You are entrepreneurial, result oriented and full of initiative

• You put the customer first and are sociable

• You like to work with others in a team, you are analytical and can simultaneously manage multiple tasks

• You are higher educated (bachelor/master)

• You are fluent in English in writing and speaking, Dutch would be nice

• You live, think and act within the core values of Orange Pearl

Just a day in the office

You start your day in the office with a five minute daily huddle with your team, where you inform them about your top priorities for that day. After that you have a Skype-meeting with our Italian distributor. You give advice on how to improve their online marketing, based on your analysis. After the call you ask the marketing assistant to plan your trip to Norway. Lately you had a lot of contact with Norway, mostly through Skype. Norway is a starting country. They have just implemented the Multi-Gyn website. Now it’s time to go there to give them a training about online, and to give them advice and support. Next is a meeting with the Marketing team for the improvement of the website of BioClin. You have made a clear plan on how to improve the website. It includes the strategy, goals, KPI’s, persona’s and customer journey. You present your plan, discuss it with the team and you have a brainstorm on how to include one of our core values ‘dare to be different’ in this project.

You feel the positive spirit in the team, you all want to excel. At the end of the day you review some texts for the Multi-Mam website that are written by our copywriter. These texts are based on the briefing you gave earlier this week. You also make sure the texts are approved by our Research & Product Development department. At the end of the day, you go home with a lot of positive energy!
