Booking.com™, the market leading online hotel reservation service in the world and/or its various support companies throughout the world are looking for talented people to support BookingSuite BV, the company that operates Booking.com’s newly established Hospitality Marketing Services division. BookingSuite is the exciting new unit of Booking.com dedicated to helping accommodation partners around the globe grow their businesses and their brands through cloud-based software and services.

As the Retention Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for creating a holistic partner journey, from the acquisition and onboarding experience, to ongoing partner education program, to managing churn scenarios. You will identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within our existing partner base as we release new products, features, and services. You will manage a global program and make it locally relevant by partnering with regional teams to implement and adapt where necessary.

  • Drive messaging and positioning of BookingSuite products within the partner sign-up experience to ensure that we appropriately set and deliver on expectations for our products and services.
  • Develop globally standardized, automated partner communication scenarios as part of the onboarding process.
  • Develop a partner education program in collaboration with content marketing and product to improve usage of the platform, knowledge of new feature and product releases, and relevant industry trends.
  • Create a churn prevention program to manage churn and re-class scenarios and processes for BookingSuite, ensuring a healthy, satisfied partner base.
  • Build a referral program within the Booking.com partner base to create a new lead generation channel for the business.
  • Develop data-driven methods and metrics, such as partner (customer) lifetime value, partner (customer) retention rate, churn and re-class rates, etc. to analyze success of retention marketing programs.
  • Partner with regional marketing teams to ensure that retention marketing tactics are locally relevant.

B.skilled

  • Experience in a similar role and a proven track record in taking end-to-end responsibility of marketing B2B SaaS products, from idea generation to execution
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a B2B marketing role, ideally with a focus on retention
  • Experience in hotel technology space a strong plus
  • Ability to manage projects across multiple departments and stakeholders
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Strategic thinker, able to balance long-term vision with short- and medium-term goals
  • Passion for solving problems creatively, starting small, failing fast, and applying your learnings
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get things done
  • Fluent English speaker required, additional languages a strong plus
