HOUSE OF SPORTS brand service division is recruiting a Digital Marketing Manager. You will join a team experienced in creating, selling, managing and activating sponsorship campaigns for the world’s largest brands and with football’s most premium right holders. You will leverage HOUSE OF SPORTS’ content and rights portfolio to generate additional revenues by bringing your digital activation expertise. You will also liaise regularly with the Lagardère Unlimited (LU) centralised digital team in Paris and the SPORTFIVE Germany team for sponsorship and products business.
MISSIONS
Digital brand activation (65%)
- Build on existing business and assets to create additional value via digital activations
- Actively approach global brands with tailored digital activations focused on driving revenues
- Manage and deliver 360° digital activation campaigns for national and international brands from top-level strategy down to event support
- Create link with consumer insight to deliver unique and innovative cross-channel campaigns
- Evaluate and manage digital activations budgets
Digital sponsorship and consulting (20%)
- In collaboration with LU digital team, advise and design global digital strategies and commercial packages to increase sponsorship revenues through multi-screen concepts and campaigns
- Develop products / services business for rights holders / clubs in collaboration with LU digital team
- Establish and develop key relationships with major rights holders / clubs in the Netherlands to pitch LU digital services and products
Digital media trends (10%)
- Constantly identify, analyze and align the latest digital media trends and emerging technologies, seeking out new opportunities and applying them to the HOUSE OF SPORTS strategy. In alignment with both the centralized team in Paris in order to make sure that relevant trends are integrated into other business units strategy, followed by its execution
- Constantly create innovative ways to reach and engage consumers digitally
- Benchmark best practice examples in and outside the world of sport which are relevant and share them quarterly
Personal Characteristics:
- Strong culture and knowledge of brands and agencies in the Netherlands
- Interest for sport, football, from a fan perspective would be a plus
- Strong interest and knowledge in digital topics
- Strong self-starter with ability to manage own workload
- Good Presentational skills
- Ability to build relevant commercial arguments
