[Vacature] Marketing & Communications Officer

In close collaboration with the Marketing and Communications Manager you are responsible for:
1. Campaign Planning & Briefing:
Define all tactical marketing elements of the campaign (special focus on amplification of corporate campaigns),
Developing Marketing & Communication agency brief (media & creative agency) ,
Engaging with product managers, social & digital team, consumer group and PR to optimize cross-channel amplification of assets & campaigns,
Consolidating consumer audience touch strategies, across all campaigns for different Microsoft products, making recommendations & prepare a final execution calendar.
2.Campaign Execution
Defining and managing all campaign elements,
Targeting Consumers: define the adequate communication channels and objectives such as reach, frequency, CPC, etc. per campaign,
Driving on a day-to-day basis all tactical marketing elements of the campaign.
3. Campaign Management
Collecting reporting and giving feedback,
Contributing to Return on Marketing Investment.
4.Social media engagement: Co-driving the social outreach towards and growing social currency with consumer audience, in close collaboration with the digital & social team, using the different (owned) social channels on a local level (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube), on a day-to-day basis.
Jouw aanbod
– A first experience in consumer marketing is required,
– Fluency in English, Dutch and French,
– Analytical skills (reporting, interpretation of campaign results),
– Excellent use and knowledge of social media,
– Dynamic and pro-active,
– Affinity with IT.
